Reason for migration: I came to the US when the value of the dollar dropped and I was no longer able to maintain my business in Mexico City.  I was seeking better opportunities for my young son.

Commentary: My son studied computer engineering in college and now he is an advocate fighting for the rights of Dreamers in New York.  People who have never gone through scarcity don’t understand the real reason we come here.  We don’t come here on a whim but rather because of necessity.
